الملخص:
مثّل الجانب الاِجتماعيّ أهميّة كبرى في رصد سياسة الخلفاء تجاه الرّعيّة لما يندرج فيه من قضايا مهمّة تمسّ الحياة العامّة، وقد أدرك الخلفاء العبّاسيّون – تخليدًا لذكراهم التّاريخيّ– أهميّة التّخليد الإجتماعيّ الّذي يمثل صورة من صور التّخليد لا تقل أهمّيّة عن غيرها من الصّور السّابقة، لما له من تماس مباشر مع الحياة العامة للنّاس. فالأفراد الّذين يقدّمون للمجتمع خدمات أكثر وأكبر، هم الّذين يُقدّر لهم البقاء على الصّعيد الاِجتماعي لمدة أطول؛ إذ تبقى تلك الأعمال حديث العامة لوقت طويل مما يمهّد لها التّخليد على صفحات التّاريخ، ولا نغالي إذا ما قلنا إنّ الحكّام بمختلف عناوينهم من الملوك والخلفاء والسّلاطين والأمراء هم أشدّ النّاس تمسكًا بفكرة الخلود، وأكثرهم سعيًا لتخليد أسمائهم وذكراهم.

Abstract:
The social aspect represented great importance in monitoring the policy of the caliphs towards the parish because of the important issues affecting public life. The Abbasid caliphs realized – in commemoration of their historical memory – the importance of social immortalization, which represents a form of immortalization no less important than other previous images, because of its from direct contact with people’s public life. Individuals who provide more and greater services to society are the ones who are destined to remain on the social level for a longer period. These deeds remain the talk of the public for a long time, which paves the way for them to be immortalized on the pages of history. We are not exaggerating when we say that the rulers with their various titles, including kings, caliphs, sultans, and princes, are the people who adhere most closely to the idea of immortality, and the ones who most strive to immortalize their names and memories.
